Food for thought:

Petrol = $1.45 @ 12.8L/100kms x 25000 = 4, 640 a year.

I heard a bloke on the radio last night has fitted his truck fleet with 1000 litre tanks so that his drivers can fill up with diesel in QLD (where it's 10-20c/L cheaper) and not have to fill up again until they reach Melb where once again it's cheaper than NSW.

Damn it must take like 15-20mins just to fill up those tanks at the servo

You might not have noticed since your probably don't drive diesels, but petrol stations frequented by trucks tend to have high flow diesel pumps.

Meh,I really don't mind;unless I'm sinking the slipper hard into the loud pedal,the car does alright on fuel consumption...that,and I've got a cheap run-around Liberty with 449,000 km's(really!)to ease the pressure on the GTR! Besides,the 32 really only cops a hiding(and hands one out)at the track-street racing?Not for me...

Everyone who doesn't have one should buy a cheap daily to drive around. Something decent can be had for well under $5k and will be much more economical than any turbo skyline.
