If these are the Premium slim plates (black letters on white background) they are non transferable. To change owners they need to be submitted to the RTA for 6 months before they can be reissued.

If they are 'custom' Premium plates then no worries but I would check with the RTA before looking to sell.

Right on the money Zane this is correct. I recently sold some custom plates, for which you still need to complete a transfer of custom number plate form.
