Dvd Player Head Unit - Does It Play Mp3s?

Does any know if thoses incar DVD players support mp3 cd's as:

120min of audio

or

4.7gb of MP3's on a single dvd-r cd?

yes my jvc unit does play dvd and mp3 and any other sort of music info that there is

so on 1 DVD-R disc (4.7GB) can u put 4.7GB of .mp3 files and the head unit will play them...

or does it just read the audio part of the DVD-R (120min) ?

As far as I know, most DVD players out there will support the MP3 format, and you would be able to play a DVD full of MP3 files. ie 4.7GB of MP3 but I may be wrong, some cheaper units may not be able to, but the name brand ones should.
