Boost Controller.. It Is Wired Up Right?

Hey guys, I have a simple mechanical type boost controller in my engine bay, though it doesnt seem to do anything at all.. If I screw it in/out boost still peaks at 0.8 bar, and rolls back to maybe 0.75

I've tryed screwing it all the way in, and all the way out and it makes no difference at all...

Currently running under 12psi (11.5 or so), want to run a solid 14psi if possible..

Can anyone help?

BTW this is an RB20 w/ stock turbo.. FMIC, Microtech LTX-8 - Dynoed and tuned to run at 1 bar (14.7psi) so the fuel is there

You need that blue hosing to go from your intake piping OR compressor housing to the waste gate actuator, with the boost controller sitting in between "Bleeding" the air out. From that pic its hard to tell where the ends of that blue hose end up???
