R33 Gtst Rim Offsets

Hey guys, after bout an hour searching, coldnt find much rock hard info. anyways, im looking at getting some rims, 18x8 +35 for the front, with 225 - 235 rubber, should be sweet ?

and 18x9.5 +40 offset, wanting to squeeze 255 - 265 on there.

how will these fit?

Also any pics on these offsets on cars if all will be well? i want the gaurd to look full
