GTS-4. very rare.

The website http://english.auto.vl.ru/ has a very small amount of information here for the original R34 models (1998-2000) and also here for the updated R34 models (2000-2001). I'm not sure what kind of information you are after so this may not be of any use.

i believe the only 4WD besides the GTR in the R34 line up was the 4 door, GT-X. And i think might have been available in NA and Turbo. As far as i know there was no 4WD variation in the Coupe lineup.

Don't know about the 4 door thing but you can't get a turbo GTS4

You can get 4wd 2 doors in the R34 range, though they are non-turbo. I think it was called a GT-FOUR?
