I've had a quick look around the forums but can't find exactly what I am looking for.

First, what is the offset for the wheels on an R32 GTR? I desperately need 17" or 18" but I keep getting different stories about what wheels will fit.

Also, does anyone know where I can pick up a reasonable front bar for a 32 GTR? I have been searching for months and I can find a ton of GTR bars for GTS-T's but try finding one for an actual GTR!

Any help appreciated.

Are you sure? Try sticking a GTS-T wheel on a GTR, the difference seems a lot greater than that.

yes, i'm sure.

I have R33 GTR wheels on my gts and also have a set of stock wheels.

the difference is the width of the rim.

R33 GTR 9 inch

32 GTS 6.5 inch.

Make sure you get the fitment to suit bigger brakes. Most of the japanese wheel brands I have searched have 2 different fitments, but alot of cheaper brands will not. I'm in the process of trying to find some nice rims for my 32 GTR as well, good luck with it

Just to confirm, MrZac from Slidewize concurs BNR32 offset is +12 to +22. There was a thread about this a few weeks ago. Danny, Ronin09 and lwells were all posting interesting bits and pieces but cant seem to find it through a search. I can't remember who but one of the guys was planning on fitting R34 wheels to his R32.

And when you have it all sorted, be sure to make a post in SK's sticky in the Susp,Tyres,Brakes folder! :)

not long sooty, don't know where it went with the transition though... will zip it and add it as an attachment in a sec.

*note this is a guide - use at your own risk. Always consult a wheel expert before making an offset decision. :P

    • Is it a dog or synchro box? I guess either way, if it is new and crunching in one gear only, it has to come out and go back to the shop to check/measure as there is either an assembly or manufacturing issue
    • These are small points I should actually add to my original post. GKtech makes an extended slave line for this conversion. It's what I use, and it works well. You'll also need a CD009 slave cylinder.  S/R Chassis Z33/Z34 Conversion braided clutch line As for transmission sensors, you'll need to both extend the wiring and replace the connectors. I can't recall which is which, but one is your neutral switch and the other the reverse switch. As they are just switches, just test for continuity with your transmission in neutral or reverse to figure out which is which. • I’ll try and see it could be the release bearing. As for the 4th gear grind maybe clutch doesn’t disengage properly cause it is slightly like very slightly hard to go into first could be due to the slab cylinder pin being short uni clutch is a twin plate.   Ive attached some assembly photos hopefully you can open the link and see maybe detect what’s wrong https://share.icloud.com/photos/0dc2YvW__Hl6jl-l2_0jejjpg https://share.icloud.com/photos/09e0jkWOK-vP48c1cfY6u3ViA https://share.icloud.com/photos/0b4rDmh5R7pK7fb1VtND73a3g https://share.icloud.com/photos/05eeUi_6dC4DVi80jOUYDgb0g https://share.icloud.com/photos/06335TgY1XxyIJal_wkdQLhzw
