1. Please remove that page which says "if you don’t wish to wait click here"...

Seriously!! Who wants to wait! It's pointless... only bring up a page like that if there's an ERROR not a successful process.

2. When you click on a subscribed Topic in My Controls... bring up the Last post not the first, we've already read the first page & replied, that’s why we're subscribed, we don’t need to go to the first page again then have to click to last it's pointless.

I hope you agree & make it better for all of us. Other than that the new forums have really come along.. Good work!

Cheers,

PS: Owww and some more icons like the old :werd: & sh#t would be great to have again too!

If only you knew it's purpose  :D

does this make you feel superior or something. if seen this a couple times now, you post something to make it sound like you know exactly what to do to fix a problem or in this case, what the reason behind a function is, but you don't actually help some one or answer the question.

so what, does it make you feel superior?

while were all suggesting stuff, is it possible to get the minimum post count before you can post in the sales section put back on? i dont think its fair on others who have been a member of SAU for a while trying to sell their stuff and someone who just signs up to use it then buggers off.

Its just there to be nice and polite and modify cookie data if need be. But ask Chris (krysizyu or whatever his real nick on this forum is) just to be sure

Its been turned off anyway, so you guys shouldn't be getting it still when you post.

Topics pointing to first page is an annoyance which I hate too, should fix that soon.

Speeling eroor in fourum taitle ficksed.

Lol, yeah I knew you also wanted to do this for a while, just think you needed a little bump. Thanx!

Postcount is currently removed? STill mucking around with the postwhore thingy & stat updates?

UPDATE: Just seen you’ve removed postcount to deter postwhores, I think you still need to show it because we need to know who are newbs, who are respected posters, & who are whores. If we want to get rid of whores we will just report them like you said. I think you should bring back the post count as it’s not just there for postwhores.

Cheers,

    • My muffler was fully customised to suit the car. He mailed me the end caps, I marked up the pipe locations (4 pipes in a single muffler) and he sent it back all welded. Certainly more expensive than a mass produced generic size, but that's hardly surprising. My R32 Exhaust has a Magnaflow muffler in it, if I need generic mufflers then they're usually a safe bet. I've got the Vibrant clamps on the intercooler pipes, just because they're nicer to use than the bolt together ones and not as expensive as a real Wiggins clamp.
    • Yeah. Nah. A grain of sand will take out a ceramic turbine that is doing 100000rpm.
    • Yes, it was checked with the roller rockers installed using a LS7 lifter that had been converted to a solid lifter with a dummy spring at 0 lash with a stock length pushrod. With the Johnson lifters longer pushrods were needed which are now 7.700" and 110 wall. Long thiccbois. People much more knowledgeable than I am are doing the measuring!
    • Well... New things have arrived... And now I need to really dig into the design of the power steering reservoir.
    • Interesting. I had that issue on my old car. After a rocker arm broke, the electrode must have been hit or something, though the cylinder didn't look like it was damaged when I put a scope down there, might have been the turbine but hard to imagine that a small piece of metal damage the turbine by that much. Seems like it's not even big enough to do the damage most of it.
