040 Vs 044 Intank Install

if u install the 040 intank then it must be set at the right height.

too low - cavitation on the bott and lean out

too high - run out of fuel with 1/4 tank

walbro suck from the bott like standard ie none of the above problems

with installing 044 using sock it will suck from the bott yeah? eliviating all above problems? yeah?

what about installing 044 intank using either standard or aftermarket sock?

has anyone done this?

I have an 044 in tank in the stock cradle using the stock sock. Just machined a few fittings and used a monster cable tie to hold it in the cradle.
