Best Sounding Exhaust?

HKS super dragger, would you say it is relativley quiet when at idle? If you got pulled over by the cops, would they think it is to loud straight away?... so if you say its good for daily drive, their is no drone on freeway?

i would hardly think so....louder than stock but far from abrupt at all especially if your running stock cat...

Have a look at some of the Fujitsubo range: they are well known for the quality and quietness. They also list dB readings for the exhausts which is handy.

i have (or rather what i think is) an ApEXi silent power,...it is as quiet as stock at idle, and has a deep growl above 4500rpm. I would highly recommend it.

i am about to change the cat, so i will see it it gets any louder.

likewise...got an X-force (but on my r32) and i can't believe how different the note, loudness and deepness is. I'd gone from a 2 1/2 inch cat back with an old 5-zigen muffler to a full turbo back 3" system with catco dump pipe & cat and an X-force muffler - it sounds f$*ken sensational, especially when you get on the gas (which is a lot!). Although i think mine is almost too loud, i haven't been pulled over by the cops yet (touching wood!)...

with the xforce exhauts did you guys get rid of the silencers?? if so does taking the silencer off leave holes in the muffler and ruin it??
