Stuttering Problems When I Turn On Lights Or Radio

Hey there guys.

Just picked up an old bunky suzuki carry van to get to work and back, cant afford to drive the skyline everyday 100kms, and im getting stuttering when i use the lights or indicators. My first thought was the battery was being drained too much, but it starts first time everytime, then thought it could be getting drained too much the plugs arent firing properly. Im now thinking it might be not getting enough fuel because the fuel pump isnt getting enough power to run it, hence not supplying enough fuel and starving the engine causing hesitation/stuttering.

Any body mechanically oriented have any idea what could be happening? PS. when the lights are off, the car drives fine. Also occurs near the end of a trip if i have the radio on all the time.

Could it be a ground wire or faulty alternator?

Not sure.. im not all that great when it comes to cars, but know a bit. Im going to try a few different things this weekend, just wouldnt mind an idea where to start looking
