I dealt with UPI once and AGAIN they do not want to hear your problems when you pointed them out. My car was at their compliance sentre for over a week because they didn't know how to make my car legal. It's a stock car xcept for a few mods nothing illegal about it but the tyres were to big. I have to took the car off them and get it fixed myself.
