Noisy Brakes

Need your advice:

Just had all fours discs machined on my stock r33, everything was put back together including the same pads that i used before the mechining was done. Now when you spin each wheel there is a rubbing noise of the pad against the freshly machined disc, when brakes are applied the disc rubbing noise goes away but the brakes aren't silent like they should be. The mechanic said it would adjust and go away within a day or two, yet i've done about 250 k's since and nothing has changed. Any advice guys?

It is normal for disk brakes to make some noise when you spin the wheel.

The pads rest very lightly on the rotor.
