Congrats on the new PB, Paul and Stace. What was the MPH? What tyres?

What did the other GTR's run and who won the category?

133 MPH on ET street radials

other GTR's markr34gtr ran a 9.6 before destroying his engine in the finals

Theo ran 9.9 and broke something

catergory was won by a little datto

Was a pretty good day, but it certainly wasn't as big as last year. Was good to meet some of the NSW guys and girls. Got some pics of the NSW camp atmosphere, the QLD SAU display, John's supercharged V8 R33 and my GTR and mini. As usual the mini pulled way more interest than the GTR ;)

the GTR is Keirs isn't it?

Has the Willall Sticker on it

Yes that is Keir Wilson's car and I have to congratuale him on the pass he did on Saturday. As he managed an 8.8 sec pass at a massive 160mph!

The car is absolutely marvelous and impecable. Well done to Keir and his Willall racing.

P.S. Can anyone confirm what tires he used to do this pass?

Kier's car uses Mickey Thompson ET Street Drag Radials 275 x 40 x 17. Same as TWOOGLE. That was the 2nd quickest ever pass by a GTR using radial tyres.

And YES well done to Kier, it was awesome.

Good to meet you guys out there!!

Was nice to meet the NSW people and put faces to the nicknames we see daily. Pity Adrian couldn't compete further, but that's what happens in motorsport I guess.

Thanks to the SAu members who put their cars on display and helped out during the day. It surely did make for an entertaining day.

I'm trying to get some off a friend of mine that's a photographer, I'll let you know how I go and post them here.

Alternative is to keep an eye out on some of the local forums up here.

www.qldstreetcar.com

www.cruisingbrisbane.com

All three of those have mountains of jamboree photos.
