Bonnet Vents

I know there was a post on this a little while ago but I am after something a bit different.

I'm looking for someone who can do bonnet vents, I'm not talking about cutting a hole out and screwing in a plastic vent, I want someone who can cut and shape a bonnet into the style I want.

Any ideas? I'm looking to do something similar to the vents you see in the carbon fibre bonnets you see on all the R34s.

I was thinking of doing mine myself, but i've just recalled some legal stuff that states there must be a 5mm diameter rounded edge on any items protruding from the bonnet. (or something to that effect) I think the 5mm thing is right. Im not sure if this applies only to forward facing items or not. Something to check out with qld transport.
