and u lost 1500 on the engagement ring u had beig made up for her. well not really i managed to sell it to the jeweler for 1200.

You sell your car, you LOSE money.

Always.

Don't think of a house/property investment as a debt. This one's an asset :D

we've been in rocko 9 years now... now that's what i call financial planning!
