i think its still owned by the same guy.

zelda's wave rocky hotel and liquids all on the same road are now owned buy the same guy. they are all sh1t holes. and closed down the only good club in rocko, the marakesh, saying ot took business away from them

depends i find with loud zorsts the cops seem to leave u alone as long as ur doin nothing stupid. they kinda overlook it
