Yeah, alot of people remove the HICAS, it's a bit of a hinderance to proper racing. You can buy proper HICAS lock kit's.

just had another look. to try and explain better.

on the boot side, you have the battery and the HICAS. Im looking on the car side, underneath the shelf, in the corner - driver's side.

its positioned on a bracket which is on top of the top of my suspension arms/damper adjustment doobies.

four wires in - light blue, red, black, and orange (I think?)

looks like it's inline with the speakers or the rear wipers??

oh ok. I still dont even really know what it does occasionaly steers the back wheels like part time 4wd steer (?) - just heard that its pretty hard to steer without but obviously thats not using the proper kits.
