ok I'll defrost the scotch fillet mmm. Aidwin - of course I will be making garlic potatoes with it!! And medium rare is the best way to have a steak... if you have it more than medium its not worth eating. In a restraunt if you order well done you will get the crappest piece of steak cause you wouldn't know if you were eating good meat or not!
