But they may lower the number of points taken, was the race close, because if he was anywhere in the photo you get off.

I got caught doing 157km/h on the freeway by a camera........only cost me six points and a huge fine!

I think for you to lose your licence, you must be witnessed doing the speed by a police officer.

I think this is because you must be charged with either reckless (or dangerous) driving which cannot be proven through photograph alone......

either that or I was INCREDIBLY LUCkY!

That was 2 years ago....maybe rules have changed.
