Bel, do the clutch, sticky tyres and take out unneccessay things like spare tyre, jack, do the bleed valve (boost control), good exhaust, bov, etc. If you really want some more power look for a second hand high flow turbo or a t3/t4. you can get them for 800 bucks and will give you at least 300-320hp at wheels and 12's

i got a avc-r, heavy duty clutch in it already but its dyin, frontmount, hks bov, catback zaust

best i had done was 14.01 on 10psi

since then i havent been able to get close to that

luckiest ive ever been was tailgating unmarked cop car ...... then i overtook them at speed and just porceeded to be an idiot in front of them for about 15mins til they finally pulled me over ..... it was a blue commie wagon .... they were going to do me for 6 points ( i only had three left) but decided to let me go with a warning

Its more the tuning issues I would say. You should be able to do lowish 13's Bel. You can bump boost to 14psi safely with a frontmount. Get really good tyres (Silverstones 195 each -semislicks). A SAFC would help a lot. I have a re-mapped rb20 computer which makes much more power cos you cant tune the rb25 chip. How much power are you making?

i had it dynoed before i put the avc-r on

but yes i do think tuning would have a hell of a lot to do with it, my car runs really rich most the time

so yer i spose sooner or later im gonna have to look into a tunable ecu of somesort

Get an air/fuel ratio controller and you should make 10-15% more power. Ttrust me your car sound sik-and has got some good gear on it-definite low 13 car with tuning

hehe thanks Bel ..... i always check too - but it was a wagon so i really didnt think much of it at the time .... plus i was thinking straight cos i had a huge fight with my ex and was on my way home to mummy at the time haha ..... so i was taking my aggression out on the car and anyone who got in my way!!
