Hey guess what - i lost 2 kgs last week haha wasnt going to say anything cos i havent felt it or see it but these pants im wearing were getting a bit tight and they are feeling a lot looser on me today yay!! all i gotta do is lose another 2 this week and i'll be happy!!

haha im there from morning to night both days .... im a skank

yep still going to gym but ive been eating less - i did a bit of a binge on weekend but i went to gym on Saturday and the binge hasnt seem to effected me much so thats good i think since ive started exercising regularly the metabolisms probably working better even when im not behaving Yeah its always encouraging when you see results.

PAS is on Belmont Park (off graham farmer there) next weekend 18/19 ..... it opens at 10am .... not sure what time closes but thing slike that usually close 5:30 - 6pm
