HSV brakes aint that great i think do the job of coarse - must be cos its such a heavy vehicle - if they were light weight might pull it up a little quicker!! I had the best brakes til the pad wore down

Powdercoating an intercooler would be a bad idea, it wouldn't cool very well:p

Midland - its a proper powdercoating warehouse - but he mainly built it to do all his fencing. I'll grab a colour chart off him tho - he should be more than happy to help us out.

Yes, it would allow the fins too do any cooling. Doing the intercooler pipes is ok though.
