Alex - in my experience private enterprise pay sucks!!

35K govt less stress no overtime VS. 19K Priv Ent and i was expected to basically run the show do the overtime and not get paid for it. I know u get more stress than i do - but Govt wages n conditions are far better than Private Ent - maybe u just need to switch departments?

pay for now is ok, but everyone wil accellerate past me very quick.

As it is, Im contracted for 37.5 hours a week, but my workload demands that I do about 50.

I get here about 8:30, and it's a miracle if I leave before 6. every night.

I feel like the whole 37.5 hours a week is just a way to screw me out of getting payed properly.

There is no way I could get everythin done in 37.5 hours.

hmm i would like to work for a different dept - Lotteries, Tourism or Events Corp. Where i am at the moment doesnt interest me the slightest - which makes me an unmotivated whoring son of a bitch. So basically boredom and the fact that me and the peoplei work with are two entirely different kinda species makes it not enjoyable but its bareable
