Subway was great, I went to Safety Bay to eat it, and sat in the shade with a pleasant breeze blowing. It was a nice break from the computer.

yeh, I know... spoke to a broker today (in the same office as us!) and i can get $140k... plus if i buy a house with the GF i can get $240k......
