well what should i do go KYB or wait for the blisteins. WA suspension are to expensive quoted me more on the KYB than what i could get Blisteins for from Wilinsons.

Dont know much about suspension so help needed.

yeah $995 at Wilkinsons

$1040 something at WA's Suspension plus i have to wait for them to get in.

Where else - i cant go to far from work? guess i'll start looking in yellow pages. Wilkinsons didnt seem to fussed on KYB while WA's really hammed them up so im confuddled

used pedders for my vl ages ago - replaced almost everything and it handled pretty well for a commode :P

i think that some are good - others are bad.. depending on which branch you goto.. wangara seemed good - but that was quite a while ago..

nah i think i'll just get Wilkinsons to get the bilsteins in - joe will get a shock how downhill my cars gone since last cruise i hope it doesnt get any worse. Hmmm ruins my plans i wanted them in next thurs then have it tuned on fri and have a brand new spankin car.

why does it take two weeks to get it in from the east - reckon i could source it in the east and get it sent over quicker than that..... but then if its wrong ive got nobody to blame but myself haha

    • 1. There are no real performance benefits. It sounds different, and as the pipes are not as large diameter you can claw back some undercar clearance or run lower (if that's your thing). 2. Twin pipes, offering exactly the same cross sectional area as a single pipe** will have higher pressure drop - so will not flow as well. That's because there is more surface area of wall per cross sectional pipe area, hence more frictional losses. ** But of course, it is almost impossible to get 2 pipes that are exactly the same XS area as a given typical single pipe. eg, 2x2" is not the same as 1x 3", although it is close. If the 2x pipes add up to less XS area than the single - it will just be flat out worse. If the 2x pipes add up to a bit more than the single, then it might come out as a wash. If the 2x pipes are substantially more XS area than the single, then it will probably flow a little better. 3. No. Why would there be? What have cats got to do with boost creep?*** ***But for f**ks' sake, please run a cat. 4. If you want.

    • I was going to say it looks right out of Gran Turismo photoshoot when you just buy the car. (in a good way)
    • Legend mate, cheers for the response. I just got the block back from the machine shop and didn't wanna go drilling after I clean it.
