yeah.. the oil seal turbo side is faarked.. so time to replace turbo.. T28 has a bigger exhaust wheel than mine so it should help hold 17psi a little more accurately..

Yerah, I know but the turbo is the power limiting factor, none of the other stuff really counts until you have more airflow.
