BTW, caminperth, you got a quote for 2 cam gears from Nengun, but you know R33 RB25's can only use one on the exhaust side, right? (Without losing vtc).

The cam gears are quite cheap, and do make a bit of extra power, but the tuning time can be a killer if you want it done properly. If you just want max power then 2deg adv inlet 4deg retard exhaust.

paul - midrange is what i'm after.. no point having 400hp @ 6500rpm and 50hp @ 3500rpm...

mm all the results have been pretty minimum power increase...something you do after everything else...but along your thoughts of might as well the timing belt is off.....well i guess every little thing helps if u can afford it..

If you set it for full power u will lose off boost power but a better top end power figure

set it for more torque/mid power u will get slight difference in mid power and your final power figure wont change
