Blown Turbo Seal?

gday guys,

after a few runs at a hillclimb on the weekend, i returned to my car and started it to be greeted by clouds of white smoke out the exhaust, this was only for a minute or so, it then went back to normal, as it stayed for the following run, this morning it blew a little smoke and can definately smell oil. is this a blown seal or something more sinister?

does oil come out your BOV... if so do u have a oil catch can an if u do ur seal is problly F**ked

otherwise get a compresion test done.. thats what i had 2 do with mine an found out it was gone.. cost me $2 an some time of pullin it apart 2 fix it..

there is a fair bit of oil sitting just below the BOV, but i dont run a catch can, i pull the breather pipes off and there doesent seem to be an excessive amount of oil in there, just the normal coating. is there any other way of checking if the turbo seal is gone without pulling the turbo off?
