Power Steering Noise

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem?

When i start the car ( '95 r33 gts-t ) for the first time ie: car is stone cold, the power steering makes this wuurrrring sound but it stops after a few turns around corners

Power steer fluid is full

anyone else had the problem of know what it might be?

I've got the same problem at the moment. Try tightening the tension on the belt to power steering pump... If that fails, it may be contamination in the power steering fluid. Need to flush and change the power steer fluid.

More than likely belt tention for sure. Wurrring noises are generally always belts. Shuddering noises are generally caused by leaky power steering hoses and air in the power steering system.

had the same problem fixed

drained your steering fluid and replace it with LUCAS power steering stop leek -- only $15 form supercheap auto or the like-- its your pump that's making this noise.

worked well for my rb25.
