Ok just wondering if anyone else has had this problem..

Bolted up my R32 GTR sump last night to my engine.

Didn't go flush up to the block so we had a look at it. Because we modifyed the pickup the bracket holding it hit the baffle plates.

So we cut the bit away that we needed.

Bolted it back up again didn't still sit the best but wasn't too bad bolted back up flush and all.

As we were sealing it up and ready to bolt all up I noticed the tube that runs through the sump for the driveshaft had been dinted and pressed in by something. Further investigation led to one of my ARP Studs hanging too far down and as we bolted it up it was pressing the tube down and in turn jammed up the driveshaft.

Has anyone used ARP Main Cap studs for a RB26 and had this problem???

I would be interested to hear peoples thoughts. Thank you

Cheers,

Rhys
