sounds like overfuelling with a non-recirculating aftermarket BOV

or a common problem with the older VL's of the Crank Angle Sensor cutting out or even its connections losing contact after all these years. check all connections of the ignition system

dunno if thats a problem with the skylines as they use a different setup and are newer but its worth a shot

yea i got BOV, it's just non brand aftermarket one.. fake HSK..

SSQ bov..

also one more thing.. like when car is stoped.. when i steer my steering wheel left or right.. rpm moves up and down little..

is dat normal as well?

any other suggestion beside BOV??

will HKS idel stabilizer can help it?

one of guy was saying dis happened to his R33 as well.

and afta he put dat it... it goes alright..

i was wondering if dat is true..

if den i just buy one of does..

its not going to make a difference. If it is venting to the atmospehere it will still stall. Unless you buy a plumb back adapter. Best thing to do would be to buy the stock one. You can find one for like $100.

If you have a POD filter you can still hear the pssshhh noise loud enough from the stock BOV.
