Any One Know Wat This Is?

i took out my rear seats to put in a new parcel shelf and found a small unit mounted just next to the shocker tower on the driver side. looks like ecu of sum sort not sure? you can only see it when the seats are out. its got wiring loom connected and is about half the size of the hicas unit. i dont hav a pic because everything has been put back in.

any suggestions?

Under the parcel shelf, from the boot, should be the following;

GTR;

ATTESA Amplifier HICAS

GTSt are the same, minus the ATTESA

so;

Amplifier HICAS

yeah got it, but this is next to the shocker tower. can only be seen when the seat is removed. where the seat belt retractor is its mounted next to it. driver side

does it have any markings on it or codes? do you have a pic?

Mine has it as well, it is mounted inside one of the U-shaped brackets that supports the parcel shelf at each end.

Never was too concerned what it is, just thought it to be another unit of some sort.

pretty sure its the rear wiper relay posibly

quite possible, not sure why it looks different to a regular relay?

i don't know if it is the skylines or the previous owners in Japan, they install all sorts of weird things! i have mirror wind deflectors, window wind deflectors, air purefier, and a fridge! (cooler)

Sounds like the original owner ticked all the boxes on the option form.

Not sure about the mirror wind deflectors, but the others were factory options.

Yep, i think it fits 2 cans. Not sure if it is the full sized cans or the "Red Bull" type cans.
