question ? is it ok to drive on standard ecu until my power fc d-jetro arrives?

should i drive with avcr off ? minimum boost

can i drive with avcr on ? 0.8bar

suggestions?

Agreed, definately wouldn't want to try & hammer out that much at the wheels with the basic computer. And yes it's a/m injectors, it's in his thread title. 660cc

try turning the car over and get it running with the bigger injectors that your ECU doesnt even know are there

I know (well i've been told) bigger injectors and stock ecu won't play. I'm not sure of the reasoning behind it tho. At a guess i'd say it would run REALLY rich. dumping more fuel in than it realises.

more fuel = waste of petrol . wat about damage ?

i hav driven around the block but nothing different. besides a little bit more black smoke than usual. idles ok .

can i ask why the change for power fc to d-jetro, what are you hoping the change will achieve?

no change for now. intended for further use down the line

viking: i was only guessing, I don't actually know why.

Also if you have aftermarket AFM's the stock ECU will get confused as well.
