Hks Valcon, What Is It?

I've heard of this thing call HKS VALCON kits for 32's mainly, what does it do ? Is it only good for big HP cars?

it seems to be only for cars with vvti.. Its a setup for upgraded cams in your vvti car and you can change the timing etc for it electronically or something

no it's not. It is a variable valve timing system for RB26s. A number of top cars (including the black HKS 34) had it at this years Tokyo Autosalon. Supposedly helps mid-range power and good for spooling up large turbos.
