R33 Water Pump

Hey Guys,

(Yes, i've tried a search but right now it's f*cken useless and gives me nothing relevant)

I think I need a new water pump, oh well. Called up Giant Nissan spare parts and was quoted $180!

Does this sound about right, having replaced 2 water pumps on previous cars, I thought $70-$100 would have been reasonable.

Or has anyone gone the eletric pump route? What happens to the fan clutch assembly if you go electric?

$180 sounds about right for genuine. Got mine done about 1.5-2 years ago by SST for around $250 supply and fitted using genuine.

AM pumps are around what u said $70-$100 the one used on VLs, but i think u need to mess with it to go on the line like drill extra holes or something.

Also try Morley City Nissan.
