Adapter/flange To Mount Greddy Bov In Stock Posi

As the topic says, I'm looking for an Adapter/Flange to allow me to fit a Greddy Type S BOV in the stock position on my 93 model R33.

I'm not even sure if one is a available, but if someone does know any info would be appreciated.

Pics would be great too as I'm not even sure what the damn thing should look like if I have to end up manufacturing my own.
