Sin have you looked into a storge shed at fyshwick there are 2 places there should be modest prices there.

Understand Ustowit do cars but only out at Belco - Dont know of any in Fyshwick - net come up wit no results. If you have a name I'll follow it up.

there are 2 places in fyshwick sin, one on gladstone st, just accross the road from stuartbarlins hire, the other is shit i cant remember.
