mates 300zx auto has run a best of 12.592@182kph! has C.E.S twin dump exhaust into trust 2 1/2, hks filter, 14psi approx, 3000 convertor (std loosened), owes him about $2000 for these mods!

My mate's got a manual 300ZX (VG30DE - he prefers N/A), and it's not as quick as my R32, but doesn't do to bad a job keeping up.

My 32's also much more agile and predictable than his 300ZX.

Also, insurance is a real b1tch for a 300ZX being classes as a 2 seater (unless you go for the 2+2) - even more so than a skyline.
