But yeah, if you're resetting the ECU: unplug the negative terminal, put the headlights on and leave it for a few hours to drain any residual current.

well my car was runnign rich and since the cimputer relies on feed back from the o2 sensor about combustion (especially on idle) i thought it was dead therefore giving no ffedback, so the car was running ultra rich just to be safe.

i changed it with the ef falcon 1 ($82 from repco) (this fits perfectly to a r33 GTST)

went from 230 a tank to 320. descent improvement but still no good :S
