Performance Mods..

I have an idea of what I would like to do to my R32 GTR for a bit more power....not really sure how much power these modifications will give me but I am hoping for 500hp as a figure to aim for.....maybe with more than the listed mods below..

What will it cost to get all this done?

-Replacement turbos...as big as they can go with no intake pipe modification (I have T03's at the mo)

-Intake plenum

-Sard 700cc injectors and an injector controller thing (sorry...the thing the injectors connect onto. I have no idea what its called)

-Tomei camshafts

-Both cam gears and a good timing belt

-Power FC mapped for efficency and AFM's

^^Anything essential I missed?^^

Other than that I would like to add:

-Hyflow intercooler (the std cooler will be fine until it needs more airflow)

-Boost controller

-Fuel pump

-Swaybars, strut brace and lower the suspension....no coil overs just lowered springs

I want the car to look exactly as it does std, so every must be a replacement part pretty much.

This will be my project for my car that I will get around to doing when I have the money available, I just want to know what I will be up for when I decide to take the plundge....some things I might do

Yhe rb26 stock plenum is more than adequate, as is the rb25 one to boot.

You definately wont need to spend (waste) $$ there

but even if I don't get 500hp this time around I will persist later on until I get it

Let's get the mathematics and terminology sorted out first;

500 rwhp is 375 rkw (Dyno Dynamic roller dyno out put at the rear wheels)

That's ~450 kw or ~600 bhp (at the engine)

That's similar to WilliamsF1 so maybe a look at his engine mods and tuning thread would be a good place to start
