I have purchased from Yahoo auctions from Zac @ Slidewise a couple of times. Before him I used Rinkya.

Zac is better for large items as he can organise to ship your item in his container. For small items theyre about the same cost wise.

i can vouch for gts evilution as he got me a set of r34 brembos brand new for $1700 from yahoo jap auctions, and didnt charge any commission

i think this is an important fact: smaller items you can uses pretty much anyone (person which gives you the best price) buy for larger item you better off going to someone that does it for a living as shipping anything outside of jap which is big = big cost in shipping (for example for a front bar your looking at around the same price as the frontbar in shipping which doesnt really make it cheap anymore)
