First post so G'DAY TO ALL!!

Ok, I am looking at these two skylines can anybody tell me which they think is the better of the two? in terms of performance, reliability, cost, efficiency, cost to repair, part availability ect.

1.R32 1993 Gts25T - has the RB25DET engine

2.R33 1996 GTS-T

I can pick up the gts25t for approx 10K and the GTS-T for about 15K, so any thoughts, they both drive well just want to know what the general feel is for these two models.

Cheers,

FYI: R32s never had 2.5L Turbo from the factory so that R32 has had some work done to it.

That i know ;) thats why i said it had the 2.5Turbo, not the standard 2.5

so that woud be a bad thing? could a 1993 gts25t be an R33 not R32?

The R32 could just be so named because it has an RB25DET engine transplant from a later model, or even dodgily had a turbo thrown onto the side of a normal RB25DE.

Also, technically speaking the model numbers are around the wrong way - there was no R32 GTS25-t released by Nissan, and all R33 GTS-t's are GTS25-t's but are often called just GTS-t for short.

Hmm...was abit confused for a moment there. I thought GTS-Ts ARE GTS25T? 1996 GTST for 15k is quite a good deal..go for the 96 one...

But if you wanna import one :):):)
