I dont seem to get offended....hmm....oh wait! Thats because I am 16! :) Im sorry mate, but I can see the reasoning behind it, at least I speak normally.

16 wouldnt u?.. Iv been saving up for a while now.iv

Mate, if you are not 16, then I advise you not to worry about it. But it just seems from the questions you ask and the way you write, that you are just another keyboard warrior....16 year olds get categorised too quickly, but to stay above that, you reserch and know what your talking about, and make sure you only ask questions you cant find out yourself.

But honestly, 800hp GTR? Thats insane! Do you really need that much power? :P

Just my 2c

Cheers,

Chris

I didn't think 4/3 RNSWR had any commando battalions being a reserve unit. As far as I'm aware the only reserve commando unit is 1st Commando Regiment.

Also didn't think reserve battalions got deployed all that often. Where you been to to save up money like that?

(If you don't mind me asking)

Edited by shyster

ah.....what?

You said you were from 4/3 battalion, so I assumed you were talking about 4/3 RNSWR, which is reserve.

Now you are saying something like you are in both 3RAR and 4RAR? They are two different battalions as you said yourself.

3RAR is a paratroop battalion, 4RAR is a commando batallion. My mate in 3RAR would not like you refering to them as the same battalion, as there is a strong rivalry between the two batallions, as you know.............

But anyway, good luck with your search.

Sorry to doubt you mate, but you have me confused.

What is the name of your RSM please? That'd help clear things up.

And if you are in 4RAR well done, that course is nuts. That said, if you're a paratrooper, well done also, because PTS is nuts too!

Good luck with your search dude.

Mark

some interesting points put forward by all, i shall sit back and observe the fun.

Well im in infantry at holsworthy 3/4 Commandos..And for all you people saying im a 16 year old and say im a wannabe i sick of your sh*t your the people that are jealous and wannabes as i have said i was in japan and i have driven 600bhp evos my mates in the US has 600hp + supras and driven then allso so...I got a number of friends that are in drift comps here in nsw and nz and have been in there cars so backoff..

I'll interpret for all..

Well I am in infant school at holsworthy with my 3/4 scale commodore. And for all you people saying I'm 16, you're wrong.. So ner ner ner ner nerrrr ner… when I saw a video of japan, I saw people with cars doing naughty stuffs. The stuffs they were doing was making loud screaching noises with the wheews of the car.

And then, in the America land, another car that looked like a boat was making screeching noises too. Ummaaaaaahhhhhh..

I have some friends in my skool that have expensive matchbox cars and they make the best noises when we play in the sand box together.. They go aarrhhgghhhheeeeccchhh when they push their cars around corners. I made some friends who do the same thing when daddy took me to newzealand there.. So ner!!!

I hope this clears it all up for you guys on this forum.

Please don't make the little lad cry.

and howcome no-one has got back to me about the car I requested?

you're all jealous...

Got any pics of these cars u wanna post up????

PS. Matchbox cars do not count

i am dead serious mate. i've just completed the lastest upgrade to my car. it now makes approx 950hp but i can't tell for sure as the dyno near my house tops out at only 600hp.

if you are interested you are welcome to come and test drive it after having paid a deposit. i'm after $85K.

BTW i have raced Kris's (Sewid) car and his is a little quicker than mine, i dunno about 1200hp, but it's certainly quicker than my 950 R32.

The Rolls Royce Phantom I used to have in my avatar is up for sale. It pulls 1500hp with only a shot of nitrous.

Its not a 2L but it duz have a sik stezza and it does pull da chiks.

I'm selling cos its just not roomy enough.

I saved up when I was in Delta Force with Chuck Norris. We captured Saddam Hussein and stuff.

If you don't believe me ask General Motors. He was our commanding officer.

No Couldnt be More Serz As i em very intrested in geting 1.If you people are thinking the money? im in the armed service witch pays good and Is he crazy well i need a car to go with my lifestyle ....I would build my own but i would finded in cheaper to get to allready made

LOL

If I couldn't spell or write I'd join the army too.

MEH to 1500hp.

If u want to be full sick I can do u a deal on this water turbine my company recently upgraded.

It pulls 12,500 hp at only 600rpm so no lag.

Its a special twin compressor design

U could easily adapt this to fit in your R32 GTR

Check out the pics.

First pic shows the badge u could use to replace the GTR badge on the boot.

The second pic shows the turbine being lifted ready to intall in ur GTR

Yeah but its an impulse type turbine, not an axial flow type, so that wont do.

Cant think of any other reasons why not though.

KGB could easily get his armp/navy troops to help him convert this for his R32 easily.

Is anyone else think kgb and kmaster are the same people?

This has been an interesting read and we might all have egg on our face if KGB buys leewahs car......if he is serious he would own it BY NOW.....please tel us if it happens Leewah...but i dout it

My biggest concern is how do you all feel living in a country with a knob named KGB protecting it.........

The guy isn't buying anything other than matchbox cars. And he definetely isn't in the army. If that wasn't obvious at the start with his retarted typing, its pretty obvious after it was clear he didn't know what battalion he was in.

    • I know this one’s the BB one. My tuner did make mention about the actuator. I am curious about the VCT as well
    • Might also needs a stronger actuator with the right preloading. With older 2019 built bush G3 units, BB upgrade or 21U housing down size makes a pretty decent gain in response as well.
    • Hey lads  so im finally putting together my rb30 forged bottom end and ran into an issue. I measured my main bearing clearance with arp main studs torqued to 60 ft-lbs using ACL H series STD size bearings and standard, un-ground crank shaft journals and got an oil clearance reading of about 1.3 thou measuring straight up and down and about 2.8 thou measuring at a 45 degree angle (just above and below the parting line). My machine shop said they measured the main tunnel and it was all within spec (they didnt say the actual measurement) and to go with a standard size bearing, which i have done and the clearance is too tight, I'm guessing because of the extra clamping force from the arp studs distorting the main tunnel. I was wanting to run about 2.5 thou main bearing clearance.  My questions are: 1. could i just use the HX extra 1 thou clearance ACL bearings? that would fix my straight up and down clearance making it about 2.3 thou, but then would the side to side clearance be too big at around 3.8 thou? 2. what actually is the recommended main bearing clearance for measuring near the parting line / side to side. i know its supposed to be bigger as the bearing has some eccentricity built into it but how much more clearance should there be compared to the straight up and down measurement? at the moment there is about 1.5thou difference, is that acceptable or should it be less? 3. If i took the engine block + girdle back to the machine shop and got them to line bore the main tunnel (like i told them to do the first time, but they said it didnt need it) what bearing size would i buy? the STD size bearing shells already slide in fairly easily with no real resistance, some even falling out if i tip the girdle up-side-down. If im taking material out of the main tunnel would i need a bearing with extra material on the back side to make up for it? this is probably confusing af to read so if something doesn't make sense let me know and ill try explaining in a different way. My machine shop doesn't come back from christmas break until mid January, hence why i'm asking these questions here. TIA for any help or info
    • I bought the model back in Japan in Feb. I realised I could never build it, looked around for people who could build it, turns out there's some very skilled people out there that will make copies of 1:1 cars or near enough. I'm not really a photo guy... but people were dragging me in a group chat for the choice of bumper as someone else saw the car before it was finished as they are also a customer of that shop. I took the photo in the above post because I was pretty confident that the lip would work wonders for it. Here's some more in-progress and almost-done pics. It gives a good enough idea as to what the rear looks like!   I have also booked in a track day at the end of January. Lets all hope that is nothing but pure fun and games. If it's not pure fun and games, well, I've already got half an engine spare in the cupboard
    • Well, do ya, punk? Seriously though, let's fu<king go! The colour and kit looks amazing on the car. Do you have any shots from the rear? I don't quite follow how the model came around. You bought the white kit and he modified it to match your car? Looks nuts either way!
