the way i did it was

take the wheels off (if longchamps give them to softy)

then i took the drum off...if the drum is hard to get off, ther is two small holes with thread tapped into em,in the centre of the drum.put 2 bolts that fit in there in and tighten em evenly that will force the drum off

then once its open u will see the shoes and a rod with thread and a ratchet spindle thing in the center.

turning that makes the shoes go in and out.

so spin it around a bit so the shoes more outwards,do that a couple of times and try put the drum back on and see if it still fits. if so spin it some more to push the shoes out further

once u get it so the drum wont go back on,spin the ratchet enough so u can get the drum back on.

thats about it really

tho if ur been a poxy poser and have been tightening the brakes from the handbrake lever inside the car back that off to and take the slack up with the shoes inside the drum

hope that helps

now wheres my dinner bitch

There is actually a rubber plug on the face of the disc/drum, remove that and turn it until you see the silver ratchet spindle thing, turn that with a small flat head screwdriver, keep turning it until the disc/drum won't move, then back it off until it JUST moves freely.

That will save you removing the disc/drum. They can sometimes be difficult.

ok i had a shot at this... not sure how it went as i havent tested it yet... so will see what happens...

oh BTW that ratchet thingy you were talking about i'm guessing thats the thing right at the bottom in centre?

on the actual shoe/pad things there was only a couple of mm thickness... so might have to change in future...

ALSO - what colour are the standards? coz mine are purple???
