fitted a new diff to my car yesterday. What a improvment! my old diff was paris hilton spec, ugly slogged out and worthless. Gotta be worth atleast 2 seconds round basky!

Pulled out all the interior out of the 34 last night, Gave it all a good clean up. Mounted the seats replaced all the little screws etc that were missing. Pulled out all the center console etc found some shit wiring for the head unit and gauges fixing that tonight :/ Giving it a service, new oils, pads etc will chuck some pics up when I get some :)

just fitted the new power fc, booked in with the great Andy Kuc at pro automotive for a tune..

then hopfully Bosnjak engineering will have my caliper adaptor's finished so i can fit my DBA 5000 324mm rotor's

Got my car in at GT GARAGE after it decided to drop all the oil into the cooling system due to what we believe is head gasket failure. Doing a rebuild with a few forged internals, new N1 oil pump, Nitto head gasket, machining the head etc etc. Plan to run a bit more boost when its all bolted back together and in the car and aim for 270-280kw atw provided the stock AFM's can handle it. Lots to look forward to :P

any reason why your going for an N1 pump. from the experiance ive had they are no good anymore. as in there not made like they used to be. Nitto pumps are the way to go on any half decent build.

i may not have owned any of the engines or buit them myself but i have first hand seen the engines built with N1 pumps and also fail with N1 pumps.

Going with the N1 pump cos thats what my Nick at GT GARAGE reckoned i should go with when he did up a parts list, going to add a crank collar to it to hopefully avoid the issue that are usually associated with the oil pumps. I'm not planning on running huge power or using the car in a way that will put the pump under too much stress so fingers crossed when its all in and bolted up and i get the car back on the road it should all be sweet. I'll definitely ask Nick about the Nitto pump though and see what he thinks, always open to helpful suggestions that will benefit the car so i appreciate the heads up :) Cheers.

have a search on the forum , there are pages on how the strength of the gears arent as high quality/strong as they used to be.

some say yes, others wont touch them.( old type are ok )

if i was spending the $$$ on forged internals id spend the extra over a N1 pump to get the NITTO
