Power Steering Jolty When Cold

hey guys

not bothering me too much, but when i start my car (when the engines cold)

the power steering is jolty and kicks in every seccond or so. and also the belts (im assuming) make a slipping noise, which are longer/louder noise depending how cold the engine is.

is it just a case that things need to heat up, or should i have a further look at it.
