i used a s13 item. thou was a bitch to put on. as it appears my handbrake is an r32 item. had to use a long screwdriver to lever the rubber surounding off to get to the 2 clips holding the spring in place.. but by the sounds of it. other ceffy owners had less issues with it. i'd be keen to hear how they did it....

You just grab a hold of the hand brake cover....pull AND twist.......takes a bit of strength, but it can be done.

If you can't get it by hand......wrap a rage arounf the lever and place a pair of stiltsens (plumbers tool) on it......as you twist it the stiltsens grab it tighter, this will definately get it off, i had to do this on one of the ceffy's i had.
