A Question for the more experienced, what pressure should I run front and rear? I currently have the track pressure of 40 rear and 38 front.

I thought I should start around the 26 PSI mark? and go down to 20?

What are your thoughts. I have Toyo T1R's 275/35 x 18.

Thanks in advance

Hey Paul, I am running the same size and pattern tyres. I fournd no differecne between about 38psi all round and 30psi all round...you might as well just leave them at 38.

The lower the pressure the more grip the tyres can handle as the tyre flattens itself out more obviously which is tops for those heavy starts :) .. Paul run the pressure that you stated "26psi"

With 275/35 x 18 I wouldn't bother so much about tyre pressures. Maybe drop them to 28-30psi.

You will drop your time more by snapping your gear changes faster :(

Edit: You will find me at the hotdog stand :)

Yes, The R32 ran a 12.4, it has GTS turbo's. The best I could do was a 12.5. I stuggled to get the power down. I could not get my 60' below 2 sec. I wheel spun using tyre pressures from 40-25psi and did launches at 5, 6 and 7. I did a 7500 prm launch but did not get traction until 3rd gear. My best terminal was 115mph and I got that after having it pop out of first at about 10 ft.

My times were poor, but I had some fun and reside myself and the car to the track.
