Need Definite Answer

Hi there, i want to change the diff and gearbox oil in my r34 gt-t an di have used the search button and have decided to get redline products, but i'm confused as some say to use the lightweight in the gearbox and others say the heavy weight, and another said that the lightweight is not for gearbox' with synchro's. So which ones do i use for my car?

It is just as a daily driver and see's a bit of track work.

Help would be much appreciated.

BTW it's a manual.

I would use redline shockproof around a 90 for the gearbox and a 140 weight for the diff.

maybe find out what weight the original nissan oil weights are and match
